California Pizza Kitchen is a casual restaurant chain that features an assor tment of Californian cuisine. Founded by Larr y Flax and Rick Rosenfield in Los Angeles in 1985, it has since expanded its restaurants in 30 states in the US and around 200 locations abroad.
