The online booking process is as follows:
Make reservation by E-mail → The restaurant receives the reservation E-mail → Make arrangements with the restaurant by E-mail or by phone → After making confirmation, the reservation is approved
1. The deadline for making reservation:
The deadline for making a reservation through our website is three days before the appointment day. If you want to make a reservation after the deadline, please contact the restaurant directly.
2. Contact from the restaurant to confirm the date
The restaurant will contact you the day after you sent the reservation E-mail in order to confirm the reservation day. Please make sure to specify not only the E-mail address, but also the telephone number at which the restaurant can contact you anytime. In case there is no phone call from the restaurant, please call the restaurant to confirm your reservation.
3. Approval of your reservation
The reservation is approved after confirmation with the restaurant by E-mail or by phone.
4. Change of reservation or cancellation
Regarding the deadline for changing the reservation or making a cancellation, please confirm this information with the restaurant when you make a reservation.
※All the information below (including private information) goes to the restaurant in order to make a reservation.
To deliver the reservation content to the restaurants, individual information might be disclosed to a third party vendor who has signed a non-disclosure agreement with our company.
Requirements for making a reservation:
1. Please write any requests or comments
Ex) Seats, private rooms, facilities, etc.
2. Please write if you have any requests at the time of confirmation and include your contact information.
3. Please be aware that there are some restaurants which cannot respond by E-mail.
